HIPAA/PDF Converter: Option to include original PDF document in email does not reamin checked.

    why are the PDF boxes not remaining checked after they are saved to attach to the autoresponder email?
    * Form>Settings>Form Settings Tab>Enable original PDF
    * This will not stay checked!! If you check it, create and save the password and go to another tab then come back, the box will be unchecked.

    I've tested this on an imported PDF fillable form, unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the same issue you mentioned, I can see if the form does not have emails the options about including the original document in the notification or autoresponder will not stay checked, may you confirm this is not the case on your end?
