I'm continuing a conversation from last week. You asked for emails of the duplicates. You'll notice its hours or days later that I get the same form submitted.

Hi,
I have tested your form and this seems to happen when a user refreshes the page after reaching the thank you page.
Each of the points below should fix the issue, please use the method that suits you best:
- Enable Unique Question, this way only unique answers for a certain question can be submitted.

-- Add a Captcha field:
- Redirect users to a custom thank you page on your website.
Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
- Enable Unique Submission, this limits submissions based on IP address or browser cookie, making each user able to submit the form once only.

That is very common for the client to refresh the page and generate another submission, it happened to me the same, I solved it with a captcha field (but this field indicates that it is automatic and invisible), there are clients who do not know about this and you can stop buying ..

Unfortunately, these are the only solutions possible to fix the issue. You can try using one of the other solutions I mentioned above instead of the captcha field.
