In my Club Application form I want to be able to allow those that fill out the form to go back an edit their form later. I need to be able to send out an email to the individuals that completed the form and send them an edit link so they can edit their entry. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi there, @rphs.panthers!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Kindly note that respondents can easily edit/change their submissions. You just need to create an auto-responder email, which will be sent to them upon submitting, then add "Edit Link" in that email.

I highly recommend that you read this guide for more information on how you can get this done.

You can also check the "Save and continue later" feature and see if it is what you need, here's a guide for it.

I hope I have been of any help.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

Thank you but that is not exactly what I am looking for. I know about the
auto-responder email and edit link, however, I needed to find a way to send
the Edit Link to those people up to a year later. So I do not want an
auto-responder I want to be able to send an email to someone who completed
the form a year earlier and allow them to edit and update their form. I
have tried Integration with Google Sheets which created a column with the
Edit Link but when I try to do a mail merge in email the Edit Link is no
longer a hyperlink. It appears that when it integrates in Google Sheets
the Edit Link does not work. I tried a GetURL function in excel but it
just returns a "Edit Link" it will not return the URL (the URL to edit the
    form).
Is there a way to send the auto-responder emails again a year later? Or is
there a way in the submission to have a the URLs for the edit link so I
could then pull the emails and Edit URLS and then send them an email
    myself?

    Hi again, @rphs.panthers!

I'm just wondering why you don't just make use of the "Send Emails Later" feature to set auto-responder email to be automatically sent after X period of time?

So, you can create two auto-responders, one gets sent right away, and the other gets sent after one year as you requested.
