Products not shown on integrated Sheet

I tried the Purchase Order option, and it seems to work well.

However, the product quantity / flavours input from customers are not showing up in the google sheet we created using the form we chose. 

personal details, IP, and submission IDs do appear.

any way i can resolve this? 

Usually, this happens when you integrated the form to Google Sheet then suddenly you made some major changes to the form or with the Sheet. This breaks the integration.

I tried re-pushing the submissions into your integrated Sheet. Please try checking it now and see if the data were sent there.

If it still doesn't show, I'm afraid you need to re-integrate. However, doing so will create a new Sheet as you can no longer use the existing one.
