duplicate Jotform emails

    Hi Jotform,

    We have had complaints of people receiving duplicate Jotform emails up to a day after sending the original. This is after completing their form which is a Covid Health Self-Assessment Form.


    These duplicates are being received by the business and are causing some confusion.

    This was occuring intermittently last week 8th-12th June.

    How many duplicates emails/submissions did you receive? Can you provide us the IDs of the duplicates submissions?

    I can only assume that the users did not close the Thank You page after submitting the form and that the Thank You page was reloaded after which triggered another submission. Duplicate submissions can be prevented with the Unique Question and Unique Submission features.

    I would also suggest adding a captcha field.
