How can I let the customer to be able to type the payment amount they owe in a form?

    Hi I run a veternerian office and I need the customer to be able to type the payment amount they owe in a form. What template can I use?

    Hello,

    You can check out any of the payment form templates here: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/category/payment 

    OR you can create a custom form at your end. Then add a payment field and set up the payment type as "User defined amount" on the payment settings:

    Here is an example using PayPal Personal payment field:

    This will let the user enter an amount manually and then make the payment. You can mark this field as required, if necessary.
