Change billing details - I sold my business

    Hey guys, 

    I just sold my business and the new owner is ready to take ove my Jotform account. We of course, want to keep all the forms that I created. 

    However, when she tried to do this, your billing settings are asking us to cancel the subscription through PayPal (currently uses my Paypal account)

    She doesn't want to pay through PayPal, just wants to update the credit card details and business address etc. 

    Can you show me how to do this?

    You need to cancel your PayPal subscription and the new account owner can re-upgrade the account with the credit card once the account gets downgraded back to the Free plan.
