Unable to send in an email

I signed up for the Bronze package (monthly) and unable to send form as an email.

Sorry about that. JotForm Branding should not suppose to appear on your account now. Anyway, I unchecked the JotForm Branding in your account settings now. You should not see them anymore. Kindly check.

Something is not right. I have only sent 5 forms I am unable to send
anymore. I purchased the Bronze package I should have acess to 25 forms.
Please update settings. Thank you

If I understood you correctly, you are talking about sharing your form through email, is that correct? In that case, there is a limit of 5 recipients for each time you share your form through email. It is the same for paid account, as a measure to prevent spam.

The 5 (Free) to 25 (Bronze) forms limit is related to the number of forms you can have active under your account at the same time.

Please let us know if that is not what you were asking for.

So if I have 10 potential new clients to send a new client form via email.
I cannot do so? Do I need to share the link? I am confused
...

You may share the link to the form from the Publish link.

Please note that the email limits of paid account is 1000/day that includes form notifications, auto-responder, Share by email, etc.
