Can this type of pdf fillable form be filled out

Hi, I have a sleep log form that I would my clients to fill out. This log form is designed as a grid with many boxes. I would want the client to shade in the boxes when they slept, also draw in an arrows, letters, numbers. 

My question is can this form be converted into a pdf fillable so that the clients can perform these functions and send it back to me electronically.

Attached is the link that shows an example of how I would want the client to fill out the form.

You can achieve this grid with boxes. You should use the Input Table form element. You can ask your users to check Checkboxes, instead of to shade boxes.
