Emails not always going through

    Hello,

With all of our forms, emails occasionally do not go through. We use Jotform internally so this hasnt necessarily been a deal breaker in the past, but we are now using Jotform for time sensitive internal tasks. I have added all of the IP addresses and email addresses to our email server's whitelist and the issue has still not been resolved. Two submissions that did not generate emails today as an example are submissions to our "New Business Form" and both have "B-South LTD" in the "Named Insured" field. One was submitted at '2020-06-18 13:58:33' and the other at '2020-06-18 11:59:00'.

Could you check to see if the emails were sent out on your end? Each submission should have triggered multiple emails.

    Thank you,

    David Cook

Hi, I have checked the mail logs, and all have been sent, there is no failed log: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

If the problem persist after adding our domain names and sending IP addresses. Please try using your own SMTP setting for sending emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
