Can I delete old JotForm submissions

Can I delete old jotforms that are no longer needed to free up space in my free account?  I didn't realize there was a limit when I signed on years ago and it has taken several years for us to reach this quota and there is no reason for the forms to be stored on the site once we have completed the job.
