Hi, received an email last night saying we had reached our upload limit. We are a non profit charity who rely on these forms. We don’t have the option to upgrade our account.

is there an option to save the submissions somewhere like google drive and then delete so we can keep our forms active?

    Please help.

    thanks in advance

You can export your submissions temporarily. Here's a guide on how to export your submissions https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

For Google Drive integration, only new submissions will be the one sent to the Drive.

Will doing this reset our limit so our forms can be used?

Please note that integrating your forms with Google Drive shall only send the new submissions received after the integration to the Drive. The storage space of your account can only be cleared only by deleting the existing submissions received with files. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.
