How can I show only the fields filled in the email notification?

    When i get an email notification, it displays every field ever used in our jotform account. i only want to see the fields that were included in the form that i am using. how do we do this?

    Picture attached. This form only asked for Name, Email, Company.

    Generally, the option 'Hide empty fields' shall be enabled in the email notification settings by default. However, if the email notification content is changed manually it may not work.

    You may try creating a new notification in the form so that the fields filled shall only be displayed in the email.
