I was approved for a discount based on our non-profit status. I'm not sure how to upgrade and get started.

You can make sure of that by going to the "Billing" tab of your account settings found here.

You can see all plans prices in half, which means that you indeed are enjoying the 50% non-profit discount.

Moreover, you have been approved for Corona Responder Program as swell, which allows you to have FREE UNLIMITED HIPAA-enabled account!

Also, you can always see your account usage and limits by clicking here.

It would not make sense if upgraded your account while you are now enjoying a REE UNLIMITED HIPAA-enabled account!
