Why is it saying my daily limit is reached for 2 days now?

    As I tried sending a test submission to your form, it seems to be working fine and the thank you message displayed without any issue. Could you let us know where the error message is being displayed so that we can check and assist you further? It would helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue.

    it says "you have reached your daily limit" when I try and send anything

    Please provide more details about the steps you follow to replicate the issue. I think you may be trying to reply to a submission, forwarding a submission or sharing a form via email. May you confirm? 

    I've cleared your forms cache for now, kindly try again and let us know if the problem persists. Note that providing a screenshot about where the error shows up will be helpful as we will be able to see the section of the site where this occurs, you may refer to my colleague's response for the steps about uploading images here.

    We apologize for inconvenience. From your screenshot it shows that you were sending the form using the Share on Email option.

    Guide : How to Send a Form via Email

    Sending the form via Email have number limit of 20 per hour. We recommend using your own email instead to send the form links as it will not be bound to the limits on JotForm email.
