Multiple Users on account

We have 2 users that would like to have access to the account. Is there a way to do this without having to get Enterprise? 

Hello @Zorn_Amanda - Unfortunately, the sub-account user feature is available only on Enterprise Subscriptions.

A workaround is to use these two features instead. Click on each link for further details of each feature.

1. FORM COLLABORATION - If you want the 2 users to edit the form design, you can share them a form collaboration link. This grants them access to edit the form layout/design except for integrations.

2. ASSIGN FORM - You can assign your forms to these users by entering individual email addresses in the INVITE LIST. When you assign a form, your assignee will need to sign up for JotForm with an email and password — ensuring your form and form data is only accessed by the people you want to access it.

Thank you is there a way for a developer/designer of a form to 'hand off' a completed form to the owner? 

I'm sorry, but was unable to completely understand your question, are you looking to transfer the form to another account once this is completed? 

If so, you can share the form URL for them to clone it, or we can also completely move the form, you need to provide the form URL and target account.
