Is it possible to set up automated reporte e-mails?

    Hello,

    I wanted to know if it is possible to automatically email survey reports to specific emails each set period (for example, every 1-2 weeks).

    We'd like to send the survey results to branch managers for faster reaction to problems etc.

    Hi FazerAmica,

    You can share the access link of JotForm reports, which is constantly updated with any incoming submission, for a specific form with your branch managers so that they will be able to see results in real-time. In order to get the access link;

    1)Click "My Forms",

    2)Hover a form and click "More" in the rightmost,

    3)Click "Open in Reports". If your form hasn't had a report you can quickly create via the menu you see right after opening the page,

    4)Click "Publish", and you will see the access link.

    Currently, JotForm allows users to share periodic emails for reminding recipients to fill out a form. However, you can use it by embedding the share link into it. Here is how to do;

    1)Open your Form Builder,

    2)Click "Publish" on the top navigation bar,

    3)Select "Email" in the left menu,

    4)Click "Schedule a Reminder Email",

    5)Here in "Emails" tab, you can put your report access link to the email content,

    6)Then select "Schedule" above menu to adjust information like send date, repeats etc.

    I also found out that it is possible to receive a report with each filled out survey from Form builder settings.

    Some more questions popped up:

    1) How do reports update? I played around with some filler text submissions today. It took some 5-10 min for them to appear in a report presentation, but when I created a new report - all but the first one disappeared.

    2) We want to run a survey with an empty field where people can express their experience with our service. Answers can be long and they do not fit in a single line. Any way to make text wrap on multiple lines so all of it can be seen? + to also see a date tag for each reply. I know this is possible in excel reports, but what about the presentation?
