Terms and conditions not opening up on mobile phone

    Hello, 

    All of a sudden our terms and conditions on or forms which is a required field will not open up on customers mobiles. And mine and our directors too (when we are testing).

    All the form is filled out correctly and it allows you to click the box but not open the terms - it then says it cannot submit because all an error in the fields. 

    This does not happen on any Pc and has just started happening tonight on mobile devices. We have had many messages.

    Please let me know how to move forward. I have tried re linking and saving but nothing seems to work.

    Is the issue related to all of your forms or to specific forms only?

    Can you please give us a link to one of the forms where you are experiencing the issue so we can try it out on our end? Also, please let us know if we can send a test submission on the form as well.

    By the way, I checked this form: 201798590356870 and the terms link is not active. To fix the issue, kindly delete the widget and add a new one.

    The issue is related to three of our forms that we are currently using.
    Here is the link to our three forms.

    I took off the required fields just before because we were getting too many
    messages from customers who could not submit their form due to error..
    Anyone who used their mobile could not click on the link in the terms and
    conditions. If they used their Pc it was fine.

    Second reply:
    The required fields are still off but the terms link seems to be working
    and clickable everywhere now and even on mobile devices, EXCEPT for on
    Instagram, the same link I gave you below is in our bio.
    When you click the link in bio it takes you to the desired page and when
    you go from there, the terms and conditions link doesn't work.
    Very strange.

    Hello,

    I have tested on the three forms. I have opened your forms on mobile and I could open the terms and conditions link successfully. I have also tried with the link from your Instagram page:

    Thank you for your email,
    This is what happens when we do it via the Instagram app.
    I have tried this on my mobile device and well as 5 other people have
    tried, not included the customers that emailed us with an error. That is
    why we took off the required field.

    Usually, the Instagram or Facebook in-app browser has a few know issues that affect not just Jotform.
