I have a client who wishes to accept HIPAA compliant payments for therapy sessions. How would this work with Jotform? What is behind the payments. Could Intuit or Paypal be the payment form?

    Thank you,

    Janet

    Hello Janet,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

JotForm has many payment processor integrations that can be connected to your forms to allow respondents to make live payments. We do integrate with PayPal actually. I will go ahead and provide you with a few very helpful user guides below to assist you with our payment integrations.

Also, do note that in order for your forms to be HIPAA compliant, you will need to subscribe to either the Silver or Gold plan. These paid subscriptions are the plans we have that provide HIPAA compliance features.
