slstevenlamAsked on July 10, 2020 at 12:30 AMI have a product form that asks the user if they want to add an item after
the first page. If the user skips adding an item the form is set to jump to
the thank you/review page. The issue iI am facing is in the preview mode,
the empty fields are still showing. I understand the "preview" widget has a
"hide empty fields" button but I would prefer not to use that so I can be
sure I didn't miss filling in any questions. The desired outcome is that
the fields still show for the first product but stay hidden for the add-on
product. Can we do something like that?

Hello,
The preview answers page will show the fields which are filled. At the moment the only way is to enable the "hide empty field" option in the Preview widget settings.
The desired outcome that you have mentioned works something like a conditional outcome. I'm afraid that conditions won't work on the fields on the preview page.

Thanks for letting me know. I think there is a bug or something I am doing
wrong with the "annotate drawing" widget. I have a multi select option
field labeled "configuration" where each option is connected to a
different canvas. When an option is selected it opens a canvas but what I
noticed is even when I do not draw anything on the canvas, it does not stay
hidden during the preview or submitted form. How can I make sure only the
selected canvas is shown? please see video.

Since the last question tackles another issue, I have moved it to a separate ticket. We'll address that here shortly: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2440969
