Can the completed form be sent to a recipient in a PDF format.

Yes, you may send a PDF format submission data to your form recipients.

You can edit your PDF document in your PDF editor.

You may then attach it to your autoresponder email for your form respondents to receive after submitting the form.

I do not see the "PDF Attachment" in my autoresponder settings. Only "Attach a file" but when I select, I only get the option to upload a file.

Kindly try to create a new autoreponder and let us know if you are still not able to view the PDF attachments?
