hi,
i was advised recently that my account was disabled. I would like to know how to enable it again? would the form be accessed after a certain amount of time?

As checked, your account is currently active and in good standing. Are you having a problem accessing your forms or logging into account?

Hi. it says I exceeded the amount of form submissions in a month for a free account.

Please be noted that on the first day of every month the account limits get refreshed so I believe your submissions count is reset now.
The forms are active and in good standing.
