I don't understand how you count the number of forms used.

 I created a free account yesterday and just played with a couple of forms to see how they work and today you already tell me I have used 3 of 5 forms.  I didn't save anything.

You are seeing 3 out of 5 forms used because you have 3 active forms on your account. We recommend you delete or disable any form you do not need.
