If a registrant doesn't hit Submit button for some reason, do they get an email reminder that the form has yet to be submitted and they should go back in and hit Submit? We are finding they are clicking a link we have in the form and forgetting to Submit.

Hi @stroseforms,
They would get a reminder email if you have configured a reminder email to be sent, a full guide which goes over the different settings and options can be found here.
On the form builder you would need to go to 'Publish' then 'Email' on the side, and finally 'Schedule a Reminder Email'.
Hope this helps!

sorry but it doesn't seem to answer my question. I want to send an email to a registrant who starts to fill out the form and then abandons it for some reason. I'd like them to get an email - with a link to their partially filled out form that says "did you forget to finish/submit your form?"
The Email options in the Publish tab doesn't seem to accommodate this. Please advise.

Hi,
Apologies for the misunderstanding.
You can use enable the "Save & Continue Later" feature, which will send an email to the user to continue filling the form.
As you can see, there is also an option to customize the email that is sent.
