Dear Sir/Madam,
I used to get the notification after people filled the form but I could not now. I checked my setting was correct. I have attached the screenshot for you.
could you please check why it is the case as it creates inconvenience to our work.

Could you please delete the notification and then create a new one to see if the notifications are sent successfully.
On checking your form I found that your email notification is in place. From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.
Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders?
