Hello I was advised by the admins to see what needs to be done. Please see screen shot attached. I uploaded the error. We were advised that we should be able to edit after we submit. Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Try replacing the link with {edit_link} or follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.

Kindly be informed that we, unfortunately, don't provide phone support except for Enterprise users.
Can you please try to use another browser to log in your JotForm account and edit submissions?

Hello,
We have been trying for almost 24 hours.
We have over a 200 plus trying to complete forms and no one is able to.
We are using explore, chrome, safari... no one is able to. It's not an isolated incident. We just signed up less than 72 hours.
Please help...

We have tried to edit the form since the changes were made and only one out of 176 are able to see their edit. Me included. I am not able too...

Is there a way I can forward my email to you so, you can click on the edit too. Therefore, you can see what I see... I am just trying to think outside the box. I just tried and it is not working.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to edit it if you enable the form password protection. Disabling your form password should allow them to edit via the {edit_link}.

I recently did a test submission on your form for your other ticket, so I was able to receive the autoresponder email. When I clicked on the Edit Submission link, I was able to access my submission.
Can you please share a screencast/video on how are you editing the submission?

Good afternoon and thank you for all everyone’s help yesterday. I have another ticket to create. I know that yesterday we finally got a resolution really late on what needed to be disabled and now we’re all able to do the edit submission. However prior to yesterday at 10 PM if, someone in the community submitted the form and they don’t have the edit submission from they are confirmation email does that mean that we as administrators need to delete all of those forms entered in before it was disabled or is there a way that tech-support can add the edit submission button to everyone On August 13 and August 14 and part of August 15 so that they can edit their form please advise what needs to take place. I have screenshot where as I have t
he edit submission button on one email but I I also submitted another email dated July 13 and it does not have the added submission button please advise the solution
