I am not able to see my paid account

Hi there,
Can you please provide us your email address or username for the paid account so we can find it? Or if you have any forms in that account then you can provide the form URL/ID as well.

The email address you provided belongs to your free account. I did find a paid account for the form URL you provided. Please confirm if you recognize the following email address.
Please note that you don't have to open a new ticket as your issue will be handled on this ticket.

I do recognize that email, however I need to change it to my email account
can you please advise how I can accomplish this. The account was paid with our association account.

Ok Great. If you don't remember the password of this account then you can reset it using the guide below.
https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
Once you've successfully logged into your account then please change your email address from the link below.
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
If you'd like to use your email that is registered against the free account then we can either delete that account or you can change your free account email address to another email address and use it in the paid account
