Hi,
Is there anything we can do to stop our form notifications/autoresponders from getting marked as SPAM?
Example:

Subject: [SPAM] Re: North Fork Foodie Tour 2020 Registration Form - Sharna NThanks, Steve

You can use your own SMTP details to send emails or create an email filter on your email client.

OK thanks I did it. I've used Verified email method for dozens of my clients and never had a problem that I'm aware of.
Do you generally recommend SMTP?
Thanks,
Steve

Hi there,
Yes, as the guide my colleague mentioned, we send out a huge number of emails on a daily basis and most servers or email providers are flagging it as spam as part of their security, by setting up STMP this scenario would not mostly occur.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Best.

In my tests it appears that all the Notification emails are getting marked as SPAM.
But the Autoresponders sent to the registrants are not being marked as SPAM.
So at least the people signing up aren't seeing SPAM.
Any thoughts on why?
Thanks,
Steve

That entirely depends on your email service provider. Since the notification email address and the autoresponder email address have different domains, each of those email service provider may have different rules on which emails to flag as spam.
I also suggest you coordinate with your email service provider so they do not flag emails from JotForm as spam. Kindly have them whitelist JotForm's IP Addresses and Domains by following this guide:
