I checked our email logs and I didn't find any issue preventing you from receiving JotForm emails. Please check your spam folder.
Also, please try resetting the password by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
Also, make sure that you're using the correct email address. You may contact your email service provider and ask to whitelist JotForm. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
