When uploading a csv to send our survey to, can we also upload custom fields beyond email so we know detailed information about who is responding?

    1. When uploading a csv to send our survey to, can we also upload custom fields beyond email so we know detailed information about who is responding?

    2. Can we automatically send reminders to people once their emails have been uploaded?

    3. How can we best dive deep into responses and create charts/graphs of them? Is this an option in analytics and where do we access?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by upload custom fields, could you explain a bit more in detail?

When you send the the invitation through email, you can only specify the Email address and you can add a custom message if you would like.

I have moved each of your other questions to a separate thread to avoid any confusion, you can find them in the links below:

Thank you! For example, I meant that when I upload a list of emails, it would be helpful if it also imported and kept information like their state, which would be another custom field in the csv. That way we wouldn't need to bother them in the survey asking them for information we already had.

If you want to import data to form, you can use the Import app. Here's the link for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-Import-Your-Excel-or-CSV-Data-into-JotForm

If you want to populate the form with data from your spreadsheet, you can try this method: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
