Approval workflow process form

    Hello,

    I've made a form; https://eu.jotform.com/build/201952338277359.

When someone fills in this form I get an e-mail with a confirmation. However I need to send this to our client so they can sign it.

I thought I could make this in an autoresponder e-mail, so the client can read the form and confirm this with a signature. So I need to make an option so they can sign afterwards and that the signature will be put together in the output PDF with all the answer from the JotForm.

What is the best way to do this?

    Yes, thanks for the help!

I have another question: When I send the edit form as in the approval workflow, the client can see everything, so also the questions he did not fill in. Is it possible to hide them in the edit form as well?

    Thank you

    Hi Hirdes,

Yes, you can hide or show fields on your form by using the Get Form URL Widget. With this application or widget, you can hide or show content on your forms.

Here's a guide on how to use this widget and embed it to your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL

I hope this helps, please let us know if you need further assistance.
