Hello Katie! Simply open your form in the web browser and then press "CTRL + P". You'll see a browser prompt (like below) using which you can print the form or save it as a PDF.

In case you wish to print your form along with user responses, then you can open the form using edit submission link instead.

Let us know if this doesn't solve your purpose.

    Thank you!

    Hi Patrick,
I can print the information. But the forms appearance isn't the same as the form on the screen. I wanted to print what I see.
I would like to print this...

Looking like that. Printing the submission resulted in a stark texted document with no letter heading and the agreement missing from the bottom.
    Many Thanks

You can enable the print button in your form. In your submit properties go to Advanced>Print button

    Hello,
So the issue I'm having is that my form (a registration form) needs to be printed and kept in a folder to be referred to.
The way it prints is very plain text and not ally helpful to easily refer to for my staff. If I print the form in screen view its pages and pages.....surely there is a way to have what you see on the screen as what prints and edit it down to two pages?
    Many Thanks

You can create a PDF document out of your submission data so that you can print it.

You can attach the PDF document in your email so that it can be downloaded and print.
