Respondents are getting an Invalid Entry error

    Hello!! I have liked your app so far but on one form it keeps saying invalid entry but if you hit the back arrow it says successful? Its getting annoying and can't figure it out? Please help? Also is there a way I can get aftercare or a thank u message sent to all my clients who sign in? I would like to send aftercare instructions and a thank you after tattoo?

    With regard to the thank-you message you are planning of sending your form respondents, you can set up an email autoresponder in your form.
