None of my customers pictures are uploading correctly on my form. I keep getting this error message when trying to open them. Please let me know what is wrong.

Hello! Thank you for providing us the form link. As far as I can check, pictures are correctly uploaded to your form.
We haven't received your screenshot. Please use this guide to post screenshots with your replies.
BTW, please uncheck the privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files." on your account settings page as shown below.
Most probably, this will resolve your issue. In case it doesn't, please send us the error screenshot.
