Of course! You could enable the "Allow Submission Editing" feature from your form's settings page.
This would allow a user to update the data he previously submitted to the form. It will not create a new submission, it will only update the existing one. By pairing this feature with an Autoresponder Email, the user could be notified each time his new data is received. This is how the email would look like:
Alternatively, we also have the "Continue Forms Later" feature. This allows users to save their progress within the form (by clicking on a "Save" button), then receive a link/email to continue filling it out later.
