Leading Indicator Report

Another question......I have a large report that has choices a submitter can make to pull up a certain form to fill out and submit. How can I make it so that only the chosen form is submitted and not the entire report? Is that even possible? I have them each hidden with a section collapse element but when I tested one of the forms it sent the whole report over.

We do apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced.

I have taken a look at your form titled Leading Indicator Form and I can see that you are hiding your sections of the form in Section Collapse fields. However, please note that all of the sections you have created are all included in one form.

When the form is submitted the entire form will be included in the submission even the hidden parts. There is no way to prevent the hidden sections from being submitted as they are all part of your form.

However, what you can do is create multiple PDF reports for your submissions to include only the information for specific sections in the form. Then you can create Form Conditions to send you the correct PDF based on the section of your form that was filled out.
