Hello,
I have a jotform account that I've created several forms with already. I would like to assign them to other people in our company who deal more directly with those submissions.
Unfortunately when I've assigned forms to our reception team, a form will show up on their account, but it says there are 0 submissions.
Secondly, when I assign the table to them, they can see and view all of the submissions, but they don't have the option to download them as a pdf - how can I give them access to do this?
Any assistance is much appreciated.
Kind regards,
-

Hi,
I assumed that you are referring to this form, 202788020571857, correct?
When I've assigned forms to our reception team, a form will show up on their account, but it says there are 0 submissions.
I have checked the assigned form settings, and it seems that the permission is only set to Submit Only. You can switch the permission to Submit and View Later to give them the ability to view the submissions:

Secondly, when I assign the table to them, they can see and view all of the submissions, but they don't have the option to download them as a pdf - how can I give them access to do this?
Unfortunately, this is not possible on the shared Table. However, kindly try to create PDF documents through the PDF Editor: how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report
There's also an option to Share the PDF Report view:
Then on the assignee's end, there's an option for them to download the PDF submission:
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
