Why am I not receiving email alerts for new submissions?

    Can you please let us know, are you referring to the Matilda Jane November Wishlist form?

    I have checked our logs, and the newest submission from that form was successfully sent to your email. Can you please check your Spam folder, to make sure the Notification did not end there?

    Also, make sure your server is not blocking emails from JotForm. To prevent this, you can add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list or ask your email provider to whitelist JotForm IPs and domains. You can find the full list here:
