My free form has been disabled

    hi there,

    my form has been disabled because it has exceeded the 100 submission / month free quota. i understand that we can re-enable the form by upgrading. what if we don’t upgrade. do you know when it will be re-enabled?

    Hi,

    I can see that you reached the 100 monthly submissions limit. We reset the monthly limit every first day of the month back to zero.

    You can wait for December 1, 2020, before you can use your forms again. Or, you can upgrade your account to increase your submission limit by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-how-to-upgrade-my-account

    you mentioned in your last response that the form will work again on dec 1. i checked today and i’m still getting a “form over quota!” message. is there anything i need to do to re-enable it?

    Hello,

    I checked your account and it is active and it is in good status.

    If you want to reduce the Submission Storage, you need to purge the submissions to the form. Please keep in mind that we cannot restore the deleted submissions.

    this form still not loading. it says “You've run out of sslSubmission quota!”
