    Hello! My apologies, we found your account. You have a Guest account with us. Guest accounts aren't regular account. Please signup for a Jotform account using your email address and after the signup, your Guest account will get merged with your new account.

    You can signup using the Sign Up link at the top right corner of the Jotform website.

    I have had a yearly paid account for 4 years...do you need me to pull up
    the paypal payments?

    Q) Are you referring to this account?
    If no, then please provide us a Form URL of atleast one of your forms.

    to be honest this is getting ridiculous - every year the same thing - I
    have been paying for jotform for 4 years and every year when its time to
    renew I have to jump through hoops!  Why is that? All I want to do is
    renew at the same rate I did previously. Why is this so difficult? 
    Guest account??  Downgrade then re-sign up, use same email address then
    merge with new account - huh??
