Company member access to JotForm Table

    Good morning,

I am having trouble setting up our front office with access to the JotForms Table. We have several forms that need to be HIPPA compliant but we are having trouble accessing the information when that HIPPA server is active.

Currently, after a patient completes the form online, a confirmation copy of the form is emailed to our company email account (info@celebrationobgyn.com). When we added the HIPPA compliance yesterday, these email confirmations were privacy locked.

I then shared the JotForms Table and gave access to download/edit the form but the problem is that the form will not download as a PDF file...only a CV or excel, which we need it to be PDF for the front deal to upload into our system.

HELP!! What can we do so that the front office can access the completed forms and download them as a PDF while they are HIPPA compliant?

    Thank you-Jill

Could you please share the screenshot of the Tables page? May we know what options are available for downloading while you shared the Tables page so that we can escalate it to our backend team.

You may put their email address as a recipient in the notification email to send the PDF attachment to them. The PDF attachment would be password protected. You can share the password with the team.

Also, if you want to view the data in the emails too then you may turn off the PHI fields:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/518-how-to-set-phi-fields-on-your-forms?

Since your account is a HIPAA compliant, all fields are marked as “Protected” by default. You can change any of them according to your needs. Please note that, marking a field as “Not Protected” doesn’t change anything on how JotForm stores your data. Your data is always encrypted even you mark some of them as “Not Protected”. This setting is just a clue for us to decide if we can use them in emails or 3rd party integrations you might have.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
