Hello, whirsh!
I have checked the availability of some of my Forms and got a negative result.
It seems Forms are blocked by Chinese Firewall.
You can suggest to use VPN to get an access to the Form from China. However, Chinese people should be aware of this option due to the Great Firewall.
Optional: You can download the full source code of your form and add it to your website, in order to move the form files to your servers. After that, you can provide a link of your web page instead of the form link and your form will be loaded from your server. But even some of another resources can be slowed down by Great Firewall.
Hope, it is what you wanted to know.
Have a good day!
UPD: I have found another option for you here. You can ask JotForm’s Devs to share another available domain specially for Chinese users (For example: https://china.jotfor.ms).
