    Hello,

As I understand you correctly - you want to delete one of your form's elements.

First, you have to click on the element you want to delete then press round red bin button from the right side.

Repeat it to the table below.

    Thanks,

Actually I’d like to retain the form element but remove the big annoying blueish green box at the bottom of the submitted form that says INVOICE but doesn’t display anything else.
    Thanks,

    Hello John,

Unfortunately, we can't view images attached to emails. You can access this ticket in a browser and use the image icon to upload the screenshot. How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

However, I think you are referring to the PDF attachment on the email settings, in which you have selected the Invoice PDF file instead of the New Document:

You can try to select the New Document as the file attachment, for reference: How-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications

You may also delete the Invoice template on the PDF Editor if you don't need it to prevent confusion on your end. To go to the PDF Editor page you can click on the arrow next to the Simple Invoice option:

Once on the PDF Editor page click on the three dots next to the PDF document title to access other options:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need additional information.
