My account has been disabled

    Hi, my account has been disabled since it had to many submissions. I have since deleted some and was wondering how long it takes before the account is reactivated.

    Hi, my account is still disabled, even though I have deleted many of the requests. Do you know how long it takes before it is enabled?

    I checked your account and it looks like your upload space is over the limit.

    You have to remove upload file submissions to create free up upload space. Please download all file submissions before deleting them from your account. Once deleted, you won't be able to recover the files.
