1. It is possible to accept uploads (all file types) on your form using our Upload fields (as shown in the screencast below).

2. You can create a PDF Submission Report and map the upload on this PDF. The uploaded images will be printed on this PDF document. As far as PDF docs are concerned, PDFs can't be printed on a PDF.

You can then attach these PDF Submission Reports with your email notifications. So, every time your form is submitted, this prepared PDF with embedded images is also sent as the email attachment.
