How to schedule appointments in Zoom meeting

Hello - I will sharp my question -

If I will send the link of the ZOOM MEETING FORM to 5 different people with 5 different emails -

How can I know which of the 5 really scheduled an appointment - and what time each one of them scheduled ?

Is it anyway I can get also a notification of - from what email the appointment scheduled ?
