I can see that you are paying your monthly subscription through PayPal.
Your PayPal subscription is tied to your current username so it needs to be cancelled before changing the username.
Please cancel your subscription to downgrade your account to Free so that we can change your username.

You can then upgrade the account again once we change the username.

Please note that if you had custom URLs, they will no longer work now that the username has been changed. So you will have to create them again.
