Does this website fall in the lines of HIPPA agreements?

Hello I am interning with a Remote Patient Monitoring company and I was looking into your implied consent forms and how the process can be done securely. I am trying to create a online version of ours that allows our patients to digitally do all of their paper work so we can move away from the sloppiness of paperback and handwriting. I was reaching out to see how your company ensures that these documents are secure and that I do not break and HIPPA protocols while creating these forms.
