Hi. When I send the link to my jotform to people, they receive a message saying it's a suspicious link. Can you walk me through an EASY solution to this? The user guide explanations just confuse me. Here's the link to my form: New Ad Development form.

    Thank you!

Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

I have checked the link from your account, I could not replicate the issue.

Could you please tell us which email software you are using (i.e., MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, etc.)? Is your office using a mail server? Are you currently using an antivirus? I believe this has something to do with configuration issues either with your mail server or, to a lesser extent, your mail client. I would suggest reporting this issue to your systems administrator or service provider and ask them to whitelist our IP addresses.

Guide: Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains

You may also try setting up your own SMTP to send all email notifications using your email server.

Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up SMTP for your form.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for this info. Setting up the SMTP sounds like a good solution
but I have no idea how to answer those questions. If I change my jotform
account to use my personal email address which is through gmail, would that
    make correct the problem?

    Hi,

Please note that you are not required to change your account email address to use SMTP. All you need are the SMTP details and credentials of your email server to complete the setup.

You may also try updating your current account email address to your personal address and check if the issue persists. To change your account email address, kindly navigate to  https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile email edit > enter new email address.

If you are going to use your gmail as you've mentioned in a previous reply, then you will find all the details needed in this guide:
    https://support.cloudways.com/configure-gmail-smtp/

In case you will use your business email then you can obtain the required SMTP data from your IT specialist.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
