Business Queries - offline form, assign values to questions, calculation, mobile app

Hi, I live in Brisbane, Australia, and was wondering if your product would meet my needs.

I am in the very early stages of seeing what apps/solutions are out there.

I plan to create a business that provides outdoor question and answer group challenges (parties, team building, other event, etc) which involve running around and answering set questions throughout an area (park, city, etc), one after the other, until a set time limit is reached.

There may be up to 50 questions per Quiz, each question with an assigned value based on degree of difficulty.

This Q&A quiz needs to be downloadable onto a mobile phone via an app, then completed offline by each participant or team, and then when completed, needs to be synced progressively or at-end so marks can be assigned to each quiz and an ultimate winner determined.

I plan to charge for the use of the quiz based on the number of users required each event.

Can you app do all of this.

This is only possible via the JotForm Mobile App. Forms can only be used in offline mode via the JotForm mobile app.
